Rider Spotlight: Karley Hopwood — Elevating Her Game with Clermark Equestrian
At just five years old, Karley Hopwood discovered her love for horses, and that early passion has evolved into a decorated competitive career. A lifelong equestrian with a strong foundation in both the hunter and jumper rings, Karley has since focused her talents on the jumper divisions, competing successfully up to the 1.45m level.
Over the years, Karley has developed and owned more than 20 horses, including standout mounts like Encore 3E, Himalaya, La Di Da, and Passion.
Her accomplishments speak for themselves—she is a two-time Paul Striver Award winner, OHJA Champion of the Year, and a Regional Champion. But behind every great rider is a strong program, and for Karley, that program is Clermark Equestrian.
